Rope Escape is provided by Imiza Studios. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, use advertising features or contact us. The game is intended for people aged 13 and older.

1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email address as a condition of playing.

Rope Escape saves game progress and preferences on your device, including unlocked levels, star ratings, points, selected game mode, and sound, music and vibration settings.

The game also keeps local gameplay logs. These may contain a randomly generated player identifier, session identifiers, timestamps, device platform and events such as starting or finishing a level, changing settings or using an advertising feature. These logs are stored on your device and are not uploaded to an Imiza Studios analytics server.

2. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Rope Escape uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial ads. It also offers optional rewarded ads that can provide extra steps or time. Advertising and reward features require an internet connection. Choosing not to watch a rewarded ad does not turn off other ads in the game.

Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information through their services, including your IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, prevent fraud and support security. The information processed and choices available depend on your device, region, settings and the services involved.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

The information stored locally supports game progress, saved preferences, gameplay features, advertising rewards and local gameplay logs. Imiza Studios does not upload these local progress records or gameplay logs to its own server. This does not prevent Google or its partners from separately processing information through advertising services as described above.

4. WHEN YOU CONTACT US

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

5. RETENTION AND DELETION

Local game information remains on your device until it is removed. You can delete it by clearing Rope Escape's app data in Android settings. This also removes saved progress and preferences. Uninstalling the game normally removes its local data, although device backup and restore settings may affect whether data is restored later.

Deleting local game data does not delete information independently held by Google or its partners. Their retention and deletion practices are described in their policies. For information you have sent directly to us, contact the email address below with a deletion request.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

You can change the game's sound, music and vibration settings and choose whether to use optional rewarded ads. Depending on your device and region, Android privacy and advertising settings and Google's privacy controls may offer additional choices about advertising and information use.

Your privacy rights depend on where you live. You may contact us about information you have provided directly to Imiza Studios, including requests for access, correction or deletion. Requests relating to information held independently by Google should also be directed to Google through its privacy controls and support channels.

7. CHILDREN AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

Rope Escape is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires parental or guardian involvement for a young person's use of the game or its services, that requirement still applies.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Imiza Studios, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

8. SECURITY

No method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information stored on your device also depends on your device's security. Google and its partners are responsible for the security practices of their own services.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the date above. Please review it periodically.
