Privacy Policy for SmartCalc 360

Imiza Studios provides SmartCalc 360, a calculator, converter and everyday planning app. This policy covers local calculations and history, online exchange rates, Google AdMob advertising and support communications.
1. Calculations and information on your device
SmartCalc 360 works without an account. It does not provide Google or Apple sign-in, account-based cloud synchronization, or text, CSV or PDF export.
The app processes the values you enter to produce calculations. Depending on the tool, these may include loan amounts, interest rates, payments, savings assumptions, dates, bills, travel costs, and health-related values such as age, height, weight and body measurements. Calculation history and notes, saved planning information, theme and language preferences, and cached exchange rates are stored locally for the app's features.
These calculation inputs and saved history are not uploaded to an Imiza Studios account or cloud-sync service. Information stored locally remains subject to your device's security and operating-system backup and restore settings. Avoid entering passwords, banking credentials, account numbers or other unnecessary identifying information into history notes.
2. Currency exchange rates and internet access
Refreshing currency rates requires an internet connection and communicates with an exchange-rate service. Such requests expose standard connection information, such as your IP address, and may include the requested currency codes. The service may process request logs under its own privacy practices. Previously cached rates can be used offline and may be out of date. Other local calculation tools do not need a rate refresh.
3. Google AdMob advertising
SmartCalc 360 uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising providers may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including an advertising identifier where available. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. What is processed depends on the platform, SDK configuration, region, device settings and applicable consent choices.
Advertising is separate from local calculator history. Non-personalized or limited advertising can still involve technical data processing. Available advertising and consent choices depend on your location and the app's advertising configuration. You can also manage available advertising-ID and privacy controls in your device settings.

4. Health and financial information
Health tools use your entered measurements to provide general wellness estimates. Financial tools use your entered assumptions to provide estimates. These features do not connect to your bank, lender or medical records. Local health and financial calculation inputs are not supplied by Imiza Studios to AdMob as advertising targeting data.
Health results are not medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Financial results are not personalized financial advice or a guarantee of savings, returns or a lender's repayment terms.
5. Support and information sharing
If you contact us by email, we and our email provider receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate the request. Do not send unnecessary health records, banking details or other sensitive information.
Online rate and advertising providers process information needed for their services as described above. We may disclose information we hold when required by applicable law or a valid legal request. External ads and links open services with their own privacy policies.
6. Retention and deletion
Locally saved information remains until removed from the app or its storage. Clearing app data through your device settings removes local history, notes, saved preferences and cached information. Uninstalling normally removes local data, subject to operating-system backup and restore settings. Deleting local data does not delete information already retained by advertising or rate providers, whose retention rules apply separately.
We retain support messages while addressing your request and for follow-up or applicable legal and security needs. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent directly to Imiza Studios.
7. Your choices and rights
You can use local calculation tools offline, manage device advertising settings, remove local app data and choose what information to send to support. Online currency updates and advertising need a network connection. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing, object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us about information we hold; use the relevant provider's privacy controls for information it holds. You may also contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.
8. Children
SmartCalc 360 is a general utility app and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children's personal information through our support channels. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it. Device, advertising-service and local parental-consent requirements also apply.
9. Security and international processing
Local information depends on your device's security. Google documents encrypted transmission for its Mobile Ads SDK. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Online service providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable policies.
10. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its information handling changes. The revised policy and date will appear on this page. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
